Progressive Franchising Partnerships (PFP) offers a selection of business opportunities, including Burrito Bar, Smokin Burgers n’ Ribs, Sweet Republick, and Hell Pizza. Each brand has its own unique personality and products.
OUR DIFFERENCE
Very uniquely in the market, PFP is able to offer Franchise Partners the opportunity to mix and match brands in a single location according to different regional strategies. The minimum option in a location is a single brand, and the maximum is currently three brands with their own separate retail shopfronts.
The flexibility of brands works favourably regardless of the needs, wants and budgets of Franchise Partners and the market in which the brands will operate. Whether a Franchise Partner is operating a single brand or multiple brands in a location, the PFP business strategy aims to:
- Maximise the use and efficiency of fixed costs; and
- Increase the income generation from each location.
IT WORKS
Having multiple brands in a single location gives Franchise Partners the option to look at an expanded range of site opportunities and increase the possibility of getting a favourable lease. Once the lease is arranged, with multiple brands in a single location, the brands make use of a single kitchen setup, sharing team members and dramatically reduced operating costs (compared to operating multiple brands across different locations).
RESULTS
The end result is multiple income streams from the location with very little increase in expenditure. PFP’s broad range of brands complement each other and attract customers with diverse meal preferences, effectively creating a small dining precinct all on its own. Each brand avoids competing or overlapping with each other to any significant extent.
